You will receive detailed instructions on how to apply vinyl labels with every order. Please follow all instructions carefully as we are not responsible if you damage the product in the process.

Our labels are made of a semi-permanent high quality premium vinyl. The vinyl has a high-grade adhesive that allows for easy application and a clean removal. Vinyl is durable and long lasting.

Vinyl will only stick to completely smooth surfaces. For example glass, plastic and certain types of treated wood. Vinyl will not stick to fabric, rough surfaces or raw wood.

Our labels are removable but not reusable. The labels are made of vinyl film, which is extremely thin and will tear during the removal process.

Black and white labels will last up to 6-8 years. Colour labels will last up to 3-5 years before the colour starts to fade. Metallic labels will last up to 2-3 years.

Our labels are not dishwasher safe. Our labels are waterproof, we recommend hand washing your products to ensure you extend the lifespan of your labels.

All font options are included in the product images. Scroll left or right on the product image in the product page and you will see examples of all our fonts.

This is a guide for labels with 1-2 words, if your label has more than 3 words it would go over the specified guide. Please keep the amount of words in mind when placing an order. Herb and Spice labels : 4-6cm Small labels : 5-8cm Medium labels : 6-10cm Large labels : 6-12 cm Due to the variety of fonts we offer it is very difficult to provide specific measurements for each label as some fonts are naturally smaller or larger by nature.

If you want to order two different colours in one order, please add a separate item to your cart for each colour.

All orders are customisable and you have to personalise your own labels. We have a list available for labels that we receive orders for on a regular basis and have included a list for ease of reference.

We will generally pick up any spelling mistakes and correct them for you. However, if you are concerned please reach out to use and request a correction. Please note this can only be done if your order is not already been processed.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight and the size of the products. If you are ordering only labels, shipping will be R 75. If you are ordering storage containers, shipping will be R 85.

We offer free shipping for orders with a value of over R 800.

If your order does not include any personalised labels, your order will be shipped within 2-5 business days. If your order includes personalised labels, your order will be shipped within 7-10 business days. Please be patient with us as The Little Label Lady is a small business and each order is made to order to allow the maximum amount of personalisation.

If you are based in Gauteng, our products will be delivered within 1-2 business days from the date the products have been couriered. If you are based in any other province, our products will be delivered within 3-5 business days from the date the products have been couriered depending on the location.

No, at this stage we do not ship internationally.

In the unlikely event that the package you received has been tampered with please contact reach out to us and we will contact The Courier Guy. Please include photos of the package when you contact us. The Little Label Lady is not responsible for the loss of any item in the process of shipping.

In the unlikely event that the products arrives faulty or damaged please email us at eugenie@thelittlelabellady.co.za within 5 business days from the date you received your order. Please include your full name, description of the damage and an image of the damaged products. Once we received your email we will assess the damaged and we will either refund you or provide a replacement.
